Registration to RSU Research Week 2023 is available! Before registering we kindly ask you to read the instructions below:

As developing research and achievements in science are top priorities at RSU, attending RW2023 is therefore free of charge.

Since RW2023 will be held in hybrid format, there are 2 types of participation:

• In person;
• Online.

In the registration form, you will be asked to select:

• Which conferences/sections you would like to attend;
• In what form - online or in person.

Even if you have chosen to participate in person, you will receive access to virtual platform in order to watch recordings, see the e-poster presentations (posters will be available online for commenting/evaluating and for viewing only on-site), visit the industry EXPO, and to communicate with online participants.

Participation via the virtual platform (online)

• On the platform you will be able to:
  • update your profile information;
  • access the live stream of the scientific sections;
  • watch session recordings up to 3 months after the event;
  • explore/communicate with authors of the virtual posters;
  • edit your calendar and favourites;
  • visit the virtual industry EXPO;
  • watch industry symposia;
  • participate in Q&A sessions, vote for your favourites, comment, and chat with participants and speakers;

  • Be active! Earn points and badges and get rewarded.

• In order to receive CME credits you must actively participate (be able to fill out the evaluation form on RW2023 content before receiving the e-certificate) in RW2023. Attending the conference is certified with 8 CME credits/day and the number of credits depends on your participation. Certificates will be sent to the corresponding e-mail in a week after RW2023.

• Your access to platform will be sent on 24 March.

Participation in person

• Even if you have chosen to participate in person, you will receive access to virtual platform in order to watch recordings, see the e-poster presentations (posters will be available online for commenting/evaluating and for viewing only on-site), visit the industry EXPO, and to communicate with online participants.
• Onsite you will have the opportunity to talk to the experts, colleagues, presenters, get involved in discussions, visit the industry EXPO, attend the Networking event on 29 March, view the poster presentations, and more.
• Your entrance pass will be sent to you on 24 March.
• To receive the attendance certificate, you need to scan your entrance pass at the registration desk as you arrive each day and actively participate (be able to fill out the evaluation form on RW2023 content before receiving the e-certificate) in RW2023. Attending the conference is certified with 8 CME credits/day and the number of credits depends on your participation. Certificates will be sent to the corresponding e-mail in a week after RW2023.

Presenting authors of poster and oral presentations submitted via Exordo platform

• Presenting authors of abstracts submitted via Exordo platform do not need to register here at this site.
• Presenting authors will receive an invitation via e-mail address used for abstract submission in Exordo system with access to virtual platform and registration form.
• Co-authors/participants register here at this site.
